Problems with Video Playback

If your video doesn't play properly, try the following:

  1. Clear your Browser’s cache.
    • If you are using Firefox, go to “Tools” menu and select “Clear Browsing History”.
    • If you are using Internet Explorer, go to “Safety” menu located at the leftmost side of your browser and select “Delete Browsing History”.
  2. Update your Browser.
    • To download Firefox, please go to this link.
    • To download Internet Explorer, go here.
  3. Update your Adobe Flash Player.
    • Go to this site to download its latest version.

If videos still don't play properly, submit a request through our Support Center.
