    I think the best ways to lean English language 1.Listen more every day before all things to do with English language. 2.Learn Phrases not individual words ,If we learn Phrases we can learn English language Easily and faster. 3.Don't worry when someone asks you in English ,you must answer the question like your native language without thinking more. 4.Write and Read some times.Good luck for all.
