Great informal speech--shows how a "real native speaker" of English has lots of repeated words, false starts, um, uh. It would be very helpful to actually transcribe these normal and more messy features of language in the transcript.
It very helpful to me especially not a formal interview but a natual talk.
I don't know what she talk. i just guess she is writer. a book that she wrote is about againt man dominate industries. sometimes, women who work feel like instruration in the their jobs. but it is same to man.
