  The langauge of the presenter is paced too fast and uses difficult vocabulary, e.g.'promptly'. The video is supposed to be pitched at beginner level.

  It's a good video for calling maner.
  I put this speak "Be positive, be professional and give a smile in you voice." in my mind.
