It is hard to understand that joke!
1 Canada is not always cold although american people regard it as a freezing place in the north.
2 misconception that canadian people are always ultra polite. When you ask her for sex, she tells you that should keep some for yourself before sharing it with her.
This is so fan to hear!
The joke is about Canadian politness, as far as i understand. The girl is so polite, she can't have sex by herself, so she offers the guy to have some sex, too.
