Problems with Video Playback
If your video doesn't play properly, try the following:
- Clear your Browser’s cache.
- If you are using Firefox, go to “Tools” menu and select “Clear Browsing History”.
- If you are using Internet Explorer, go to “Safety” menu located at the leftmost side of your browser and select “Delete Browsing History”.
- Update your Browser.

- To download Internet Explorer, go here.
- Update your Adobe Flash Player.
- Go to this site to download its latest version.
If videos still don't play properly, submit a request through our Support Center.
